Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself on television. Her parents are the Irish-Americans and Mexicans. Her birthplace was in Columbus, Ohio on the 26th of December, 1976. Within a short time she moved to Texas where she pursued a medical therapy training at University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for very long, and she soon relocated in Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of performances as an actor. These included commercials, local independent films, and even a few of the film's. She quickly found her passion to perform, despite small roles. After 2001, she relocated from the Midwest to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's soap as Rosa Santos. Throughout the early 2000s she had small appearances on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in 2004's miniscule dramatic The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to share the screen with some of the most prestigious TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role took place in the year 2006 on Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded De La Garza the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on drama-based television shows. De La Garza landed a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments afterwards. She was Marisol Deko in the role of wife of David Caruso's role as Horatio Caine. In the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show was cancelled after two seasons. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian and is the younger sibling of Cory. She grew up in a conservative, religious family. Milano began her professional career at the age of seven, when her babysitter was with her on an acting audition. Milano was among four girls selected from among more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano played in television commercials and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical rendition to Jane Eyre.
