Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became deeply entwined after their first meeting. Ashley Hudson was 17 and hadn't ever had a relationship prior to that, so they decided to take it slow. It was obvious that they loved each other from the very first site. Andrew asked God at New Year's Eve, just prior to the year's end, to grant him one more blessing for the year 2016. He wished for Ashley to accept. Ashley wanted to design a wedding with a folk woodsy theme, which could truly reflect her and Andrew. In order to create the perfect wedding, they took a bit from everything they cherish. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of the land Ashley was raised on. Ashley knew the whole area, having walked through it and played in the area. On top of that Andrew and Ashley had walked across the field several times since they first began dating. Because the wedding was essentially homemade, personalization played a big aspect. Ashley painted and made many of the decor, while Andrew and Ashley's father created the ceremony seating and arch. Ashley says that the wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without Anna's amazing floral designs, our wedding wouldn't be as beautiful and intimate as I dreamed. Absolutely stunning.
